TUITION POLICIESParents are required to bring diapers, wipes, formula, two sheets and a small blanket for nap time. Sheets & blankets are required to be laundered weekly by the parents. Full day rates include lunch and two snacks per day; morning and afternoon.
Half days are defined at 6:30 am. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. - to 6:00
p.m. and includes lunch and snack. Tuition payments are due and payable the first day of the above weekly tuition plan. Tuition is considered delinquent at 12:00 noon the following day. A late charge of $10 will be assessed at that time. An additional $20.00 charge will be assessed every 5 working days until tuition is paid in full. If tuition has not been paid within 2 weeks after due date attendance at Penryn Oaks will no longer be permitted until tuition is paid in full. Tuition is continuous throughout the year and secures your child's spot
at Penryn Oaks. There are no deductions for absences, illness, or the
10 holidays which are observed throughout the year. Each child is entitled
to two free weeks of vacation each year that he/she is enrolled. Two weeks
notice is required in writing, before vacation credit is granted. Parents are required to give Penryn Oaks a one month notice in writing prior to withdrawing their children. Penryn Oaks reserves the right to suspend or dismiss children for unsatisfactory behavior or for educational or medical problems for which the school does not have the expertise in assisting a child. Penryn Oaks tuition is usually not increased for several years and then only slightly. However, should economic factors beyond our control dictate an increase in fees we will give all parents 30 days notice.
